Isolating mix for SDW polygons comprises ash wastes of SDW thermal treatment and wastes of SDW thermal treatment gas cleaning and soil, ratio of
the mix components making, preferably, 0.2-4.5:0.2-4.5:2.9-10.5. Said mix has, preferably, moisture content of 30-60% by weight. Method of producing
said mix consists in mixing ash wastes of SDW thermal treatment with moisture content not exceeding 30% by weight with soil with moisture
content not over 60% by weight to produce homogeneous mass. The latter is used to make two shafts with height varying from 50 cm to 100 cm
that are arranged spaced apart and perpendicular to prevailing direction of winds. Wastes of gas cleaning of SDW thermal treatment is fed
at minimum possible pressure into spacing between said shafts, moisture content of said wastes not exceeding 30% by weight. Produced
mass is leveled and all components are mixed to produce homogeneous mass with moisture content varying from 30 to 60% by weight. At all
aforesaid stages, moisture content of formed masses is controlled. Method of dumping SDW comprises arranging wastes and isolating layers from
isolating mix layer by layer on SDW polygons.
Note here that isolating mix containing ash wastes, gas cleaning wastes and soil in above cited ratio are used.
EFFECT: isolating mix with properties allowing increase in its efficiency, reduced mix production time, better ecological conditions.
